Sanctioned club lacrosse play in Canada is based on the World Lacrosse rules for both men's and women's field lacrosse.  For younger players, in keeping with Canada's Long Term Athlete Development Pathway (LTAD), the World Lacrosse rules are modified.  Please see the Alberta Field Lacrosse Regulations or click on the links in the table above for more information.
